Athlete Representation

Forget the Numbers - We Fight for the Person in the Arena

Who We Represent

Land Run Athletics represents top-tier talent - from Student-Athletes building their NIL brands to Professional Athletes competing on the world stage.

We advocate for athletes, elevate their value, and drive their careers forward with a focus on long-term success.

About Us

At Land Run Athletics, we represent track and field athletes with honesty, respect, and a commitment to putting their careers first. Our job is to handle the business side—negotiating endorsement agreements, sponsorships, meet entries, and prize money, and more — so athletes can focus on competing. We also help with things like travel, gear contracts, and media opportunities. Every athlete we work with is treated as a person, not a number. Our mission is to support their goals and help them succeed at the highest level, without the stress and uncertainty that can come with going it alone.

About the Founder

Justice Dick – Founder, Land Run Athletics, LLC

  • - World Athletics Athlete Representative

  • - Certified Oklahoma Athlete Agent

Justice Dick is a Juris Doctor candidate and licensed Athlete Representative who blends a deep foundation in contract law and regulatory compliance with a decorated NCAA track career. Since 2021, he has built a diverse legal portfolio, including roles in banking law, tribal governance, and in-house counsel environments. Justice’s experience includes redlining complex agreements, drafting federal compliance memoranda, negotiating contractual terms, and identifying risk-shifting provisions for major institutions.

As the founder of Land Run Athletics, LLC, he independently conducted legal research, drafted formation documents, and secured licensure through both the State of Oklahoma and World Athletics. His agency provides professional contract negotiation and NIL representation for collegiate and professional athletes—ensuring compliance with NCAA rules and state regulations while maximizing athlete earning potential.

Justice’s approach is shaped by his success as a Division I track athlete—where he was a 2024 Summit League Champion and 2023 NCAA National Qualifier in the 800 meters. He brings that same discipline, strategy, and performance mindset to every legal matter and client relationship. Whether revising legal agreements, advocating for athletes, or working directly with supporting businesses, Justice operates with precision, purpose, and a commitment to long-term success for those he represents.
